Very quiet zone and very close to a commercial area; very close of the complex you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Inside the complex we find the Restaurant S’Arenalet, which offers an excellent service.

The beach is located at just 40m, with access to it from within the complex. The urbanization is located at 5 Kms of the fishing port of Fornells and approx. 20 minutes by car from Mahon and Ciutadella.

When booking more than 10 days, we change the clothes in the middle of the stay.
