Beautiful duplex apartment on the seafront with splendid views of the beach from the terrace.

Very quiet zone and very close to a commercial area; very close of the complex you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Inside the complex we find the Restaurant S’Arenalet, which offers an excellent service.

They have a communal pool flush with the sea and direct access to the beach about 40 meters without leaving the complex.
