Beautiful apartment on first line of the sea, equipped for five people. Wonderful sighting of the beach from the terrace.

Very quiet zone and very close to a commercial area; very close of the complex you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Inside the complex we find the Restaurant S’Arenalet, which offers an excellent service.

Very well communicated urbanization with Bus line (Bus stop at 100m). The beach is located at just 40m, with access to it from within the complex. The urbanization is located at 5 Kms of the fishing port of Fornells and approx. 20 minutes by car from Mahon and Ciutadella.

Characteristics and Equipment:

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, hall-kitchen and terrace with wonderful sight of the sea. Also, if desired, it provides the top of the apartment, a large terrace / solarium private.

Very well equipped: Air Conditioner, Wifi , fridge, washing machine, microwave, beater, toaster, TV, kettel, iron, safe box, bed sheets, hair dryer, towels, etc.

When booking more than 10 days, we change the clothes in the middle of the stay.
